Following an accomplished career as a
Fashion Buyer for major high street retailers, Jayne took a
bold decision in 1999 to pursue her life’s passion for
cooking, and so retrained by taking a City & Guilds Diploma
in Cookery. A new life for the new Millennium.
She has been in demand ever since as
a freelance Food Stylist, Writer and Recipe Developer and
Tester.
She has worked on numerous projects for
magazine and book publishers, as well as TV programmes
such as “50 Things to Eat Before You Die”
with Ainsley Harriot. She also has in-depth styling experience
in PR, advertising and packaging.

As a Food Stylist Jayne is affable, highly
organised, adaptable and creative. She will always remain calm
under pressure.
Jayne’s recipes are tasty,
imaginative, popular and naturally fully tested and proven.
When testing for other chefs she is
thorough, precise and always thinking of the end user.
Jayne is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and a regular contributor to several consumer magazines, including Waitrose Food Illustrated, BBC Good Food and Olive. |
